Grovewood is a single-family, deed restricted residential
neighborhood centrally located in Clearwater, Florida. The
neighborhood is close to shopping, schools, dining, entertainment
and Gulf Coast beaches. Tile roofs are a signature of this
Clearwater Florida neighborhood, and one of the strictest parts of
the deed restrictions. This area is great for outdoor
activities as it stays cool and shaded and the sidewalks
encourage walkers and bikers.

Hello Again Friends and Neighbors!
On behalf of the
Grovewood HOA and to all the residents of Grovewood, thank you all
for your neighborliness and for making our neighborhood such a
wonderful place to live! A quick update of some matters of
interest here in our community.
Dues: We
received payment from all homeowners with only a few that had to pay
the late fee. I am sure everyone is aware of the cost of goods and
services are continuing to go up in all areas. We may be forced to
increase the Dues for 2025 so we can continue the level of
maintenance and activities we have enjoyed in the past. We will just
have to wait to see how 2024 goes before making any recommendations
to raise the annual dues for 2025.
Yearly Events:
Christmas Time is coming, and we will be holding our yearly
Christmas hayride again this year. The date will be announced, but,
as I’m always looking for a reason to take a walk, I’ll put a flyer
on your door with plenty of time to plan ahead.
The Annual
Neighborhood Meeting will be held on November 15th at the
Morningside Recreation center. Please try to attend!
Matters of Concern: Hurricane Safety: We did pretty well
during Hurricane Idalia, but please remember to secure all items
that could possibly become hazardous to you or your neighbors during
high winds – there were some items left out that could have been a
problem had Idalia not been as courteous to us as she was.
Homeless: Please call the non-emergency police
number if you see any homeless people sleeping or camping out in our
neighborhood. This is a safety matter, and the proper authorities
may be able to help these folks as well.
Parking:
Please do not park in front of fire hydrants! This is a bigtime
safety issue and common sense. If you observe a car parked in front
of a hydrant, please call the non-emergency line or code
enforcement.
Helpful Hints: Painting your
home? Grovewood has prepared Guild lines for colors that are
beautiful and help to create a harmonious atmosphere in our
neighborhood. Just ask, and we’ll send you a copy.
Call us.
If you have any questions or even if you need a little help with
landscaping or other household repairs, we may be able to help. GHA
has some good folks, and they’re always willing to pitch in.

is not a flute. A donut with no hole, is a Danish.” Ty Webb

2023 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
The annual Grovewood Homeowners
Association Dues are due in January each year. We want to thank all
the Homeowners on Grovewood Court for their prompt response. The
entire street has already paid their dues. It would help me if you
would go ahead and send in your dues payment asap so I can complete
the annual dues collection campaign and move on to other association
business.
If you have not already done so, please send your
check for $60.00 to Grovewood Homeowners Association, Inc., P. O.
Box 4876, Clearwater, Florida 33758-4976. Show on the memo line of
your check that it is for 2023 Annual Dues. A LATE FEE of $5.00 will
be due with your payment if you have not paid your 2023 dues before
March 31, 2023.
